Order Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once your order is on its way, please wait for its arrival before initiating the return process.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Most items that are in new condition can be returned within 30 business days following delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and provide information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) as per the provided instructions. We will share the return address and shipping details once your return request is approved. (Please note: Returns that are not authorized will be refused).
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Conditions for Returns

You have a period of 30 business days from the date of delivery to assess whether an item meets your needs. Please reach out to us within this window for returns or exchanges.

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your items back to the manufacturer.

Charges for Returns

If your return is a result of our error (for instance, incorrect or defective items), you will receive a full refund.

If the return is due to the buyer's preference (such as dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), a complete refund will still be issued.

No restocking fees will apply for returned items.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

The shipping time for exchanged items might differ based on location.
